Member Biographies
Margaret Weigel
Margaret Weigel is the former Library Director for the Pulaski Public Library. Margaret's longstanding commitment to our community has impacted many different organizations. She is currently a member of the Economic Development Task Force, Pulaski Historical Society and Half-Shire Historical as well as the Pulaski Historic Review Committee, PACS Alumni Association and is active at her church.

Nancy Farrell
Nancy has been with PROP since 2004. Like many, Nancy's history has evolved over time. While always being employed by Bank of America, for most of those years she owned the Port Lodge Motel in Port Ontario. Nancy has also served as the President/Board Member of the Pulaski/Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, President/Board Member of the of the Pulaski Community Fund, Board Member of the Salmon River Fine Arts Center and has also served on the Oswego County Tourism Advisory Council and Economic Development Task Force. Nancy's background includes a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, MO. She is currently a Senior Vice President for Enterprise Risk Management for Bank of America. Nancy is an avid bicyclist and stained glass artist.

David Mahaffy
Dave is currently a Teaching Assistant for the Pulaski Academy and Central School District. He works tirelessly as an integral part of The Make-Sense Shop here in Pulaski and volunteers a great deal of his time to the preservation and revitalization of Pulaski.
Tiffany Hax Craig
Tiffany is a lifelong resident of Pulaski. She graduated from Syracuse University and from Simmons Institute of Mortuary Science both in 2008. She joined the PROP board in 2011. As mother of four and a local business owner, Tiffany has a deep commitment to the community and strong sense of civic duty. Her role in the organization grew in 2016 when she became the coordinator for both Light Up Pulaski and the Banner Project. She is passionate about building and improving the village where she lives, works, and raises a family.

Robin Philips
Robin, a local businesswoman and mother of three, has owned Designs of Elegance Floral and Gift Shoppe for 25 years. She graduated from PACS in 1988 and SUNY Oswego in 1992. As past president of PROP and current board member she has over 16 years of commitment to our non-profit. Robin has strong ties to the community and a long history of volunteer service. She is an SBA Excellence in Business Award Recipient and Past President of Women in Business, Upstate NY Teleflora Board Member and Half-Shire Historical Trustee. She is also a freelance writer for the Oswego Speedway Press.

Robert Desimone
Bob is employed at Lockheed Martin in Finance and Business Operations Program Planning. He joined the Pulaski Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce in 2014 and served as PROP ex-officio from 2015 until becoming a full board member in 2020 and Secretary in 2021.

Cindy Paro
Cindy and her family are lifelong residents of Pulaski. She graduated from Pulaski Academy & Central School District. Later Graduated from SUNY Empire State College with a degree in Business. Cindy has been employed by Community Bank, NA in Pulaski since 2003 and currently holds the position of VP, Branch Manager III. Cindy joined PROP in December of 2021 taking on the role of Treasurer. Cindy is very passionate about the development and growth of her community where she resides, works and raised her family, and now where her grandchildren call home. Cindy’s family is the 4th generation residing within the village of Pulaski.

Jeffrey has been a member of PROP since 2019.

Jessie Joss Kling
Jessie is a lifelong resident of Pulaski. She is a mother of two and a local small business owner. Jessie spent the last decade as a public school art teacher and has now transitioned into owning her own art studio, Bridge Street Makers in Pulaski. She is a PACS alum who graduated in 2007. She has a Bachelors in Fine Arts Degree from The Sage Colleges (2011) and Masters Degree in Art Education from Sage Graduate School in Albany, NY (2012). Jessie is also a member of the Economic Development Task Force. Jessie would like to continue to build up her local community and improve things for the local residents, families & small businesses.
